SHOP FLOOR

The ABBASOFT Technologies Shop Floor module is used to record labor charges and review work order location. It automates the capture of data on shop movement, labor, scrap, work center utilization, quantity completed and the duration of these activities. With this up-to-date data at your disposal, you can locate and identify individual jobs on the production floor and specific work an employee has performed. Used as part of the ABBASOFT Manufacturing package, Shop Floor works with the Router Control, Payroll, and Project Management (Work Order) modules to post labor charges to specific operations.

Labor Postings

Postings can be made by operation (Router Sequence), actual set-up time, run time, and re-work time entry to show actual cost deviations from Work Center standards for any work order.

Quantity complete, quantity scrap, completion date per operation with operation status codes are also included. Check unit of measure (PPSU) to convert actual pieces completed.

Time Ticket Reporting with user-specified date range, by employee, by work order, with listings sorted by employee or work order.

Labor listings show time ticket date, part number, work center, set-up, run, and re-work times by code with quantity complete and scrap ticket totals with net and extension figures.

Reports

Shop Floor Time Card Recap: Lists time cards for a specified date range, selected by employee, work order, or work center, with various sorting option.
Work Order Location Report: Prints work orders with locations, selected by current status, customer, or range or work order numbers.
Labor Efficiency Report: Compares estimated run times for the pieces completed to the time entered for each ticket with variance calculation for time cards selected by date range, employee, work order, work center, or department.
Count Discrepancy Report: Reports cases in which the quantity reported completed, scrapped, or split is not equal to the quantity reported completed at the prior manufacturing sequence.
Clock Card vs. Time Card: Reports discrepancies between clock card time entries and time tickets, selected by employee and date range.
