HUMAN RESOURCES

The ABBASOFT Technologies Human Resources module maintains employee information, job codes, EEOC codes, termination codes, and review and dependent entries. Selective information entered in the Payroll module is available for review only in the Human Resources module. Human Resources reports, to the terminal or printer, list employee information, review and salary history, EECO codes, job codes, dependents, and termination codes.

KEY BENEFITS

• Employee salary history lists for all employees or active employees only.
• Human Resources review Entry flagged to enter or update comments for each review entered in Payroll module.
• Maintain job code classifications by user defined numeric code. Each job class can be defined with a salary grade, minimum salary, midpoint salary, and maximum salary.
